They kept in touch with me until I was given the…read moreapproval to come back, I'm returning after total knee replacement I had an appointment with personal trainer Kaylynn to go over my Drs restrictions & recommendations on my workout, she understood what I needed to do & asked all the right questions & we set up another appointment to put our new workout plan in place. We did a weight & assessment, it felt good to be back in the gym they have the best staff it's the reason everyone goes & it is the cleanest gym around.
