It's clean, there's more than enough equipment, and the staff is friendly and reasonable, and the rates are completely reasonable for a gym this size. Pausing my membership when I was swamped with school was a breeze, as was re-starting - A lot of people complain about fighting over finances and checking accounts with gym chains. I've been on both sides of that table. This has NEVER been a problem for me at Good Life. There are a lot of dedicated lifters working out here, but the environment would still be welcoming enough for a newbie lifter. No intimidation, but loads of motivation!

Too many times to count now, I have come and one or more is closed: usually the pool, hot tub, sauna, or steam room, once 4 of the 6 massage chairs were out of order. It's impossible to plan a visit when the expected area I came to use is out of order. At the very least, have real time updates on the app. It might be worthwhile to join another gym that can at least keep the pool, etc operational

They they made me freeze it and then Began charging a card that doesn't exist anymore which made the account go more negative. I asked if I could cancel but will not allow until last overdue is paid so I have to be zeroed out. Since I no longer have a job and got caught up in some other things that are costing me more money I'm not able to pay that bill so therefore it's going to keep adding up I asked if there's a way I could pay make payments or do something in order to make it so that doesn't happen they said no. In my opinion Vasa doesn't care about the public or it's hardships it only cares about its money. If I were to join any gym in town it would be anyone but Vasa Vasa may be nice and have nice equipment but all they want is your money they won't work with you if if things go on in your life that you can't help. On top of that they lied to me many times and continue to take money off of a car that doesn't exist and I told them it didn't exist which allowed three to five different back charges so an extra $200. I went in to see if I can make a payment so I can work out and then make a payment plan they said no cuz I wanted to continue to work out at there. I've been a personal trainer for 30 years I've been going to work at many gyms 24 hour fitness Genesis everywhere I recommend nobody go to Vasa

Then on Sept 22, he came up to shake my hand and acted like he didn't know my name. When I corrected him, he walked off with attitude like he was trying to act tougher instead of being respectful. Pros, it's a spacious facility…read more Cons: The hours are too restricted, especially for shift workers. They would do better to offer a 24 hr option, even if it's only for certain categories of members, like doctors, nurses, first responders, and military personnel. They are charging a $39 processing fee and a $39 club enhancement fee, on top of the monthly fee. I declined to renew for these reasons. To renew, I would end up paying each of these TWICE this year. So that's an extra $160. on top of the membership dues. I was going to renew, even though the hours don't best suit my needs, but after seeing the additional fees I decided against it. They also want a photo copy of you driver's license, which is not a best practice.
