Even though THEY communicated with me via text, when I let them know via text a month in advance that I wanted to cancel and they responded- that wasn't okay, I had to go there in person to cancel. They continued to charge my credit card. I contested the charge with my credit card company and immediately they threatened to send me to collections. Of course, I didn't want that on my credit report, so I had no choice except to pay. I spoke with my attorney, who concurred that their business practices are unethical and the contract they make you sign is ambiguous. Others have mentioned- it's 2026, everything is done electronically- I cancel memberships. subscriptions etc via the internet- why not get with the times!? They just want your $$$. It is difficult to schedule classes they are almost always full, you can get wait listed-but you won't know if you get in until you get up in the morning. they charge $25 if you don't show for a class, won't let you in if you are more than 5 min late (unless you know someone there). Some of the instructors are great, others are not. I had private classes before I went there, it was a much better experience. My final thought ~ class action lawsuit

It took months before I even knew who the owner was because she's also an AMAZING coach! This CrossFit box is definitely more than just a warehouse for storing gym equipment (haha), sorry I had to throw the big box gyms under the bus for a sec. If you're looking to grow and work on what CrossFit was truly intended to be, this is most definitely where you need to be! Home away from home is an understatement. I wanted to check it out in person and decide if it was something I wanted to sign up for. I was there about an hour, in hopes of the system working again. I spoke with some members as they entered and others after their class finished. I had decided I was going to sign up. I walked around and the place is super clean! It's great that the members wipe and clean after themselves, as well as the staff. I left without signing up, due to the system being down. Later that evening, I was able to log online and sign up. They had a special going on to receive a mat and towel with the enrollment fee. I drove over the next day to receive my items and take some classes. This day, I was being helped by the wonderful Becca. She is such a wonderful, helpful, and bubbly young lady! I really enjoyed speaking with her. She then shared with me that they have a deal to purchase a package where I would receive a backpack, bands, waist slimmer, towel and mat. This means I would have two towels and mats. She was so positive and made some great points about having these items. I made the purchase, in addition to a Heat Sweat Accelerator. I placed the gel on and wrapped myself prior to my workouts and OMG, that stuff is AMAZING! I would not have purchased any of this if it weren't for her! She gave me a great detailed tour of the place and showed me the ins and outs of the saunas. So glad I was able to work with her that day. She really is an excellent employee! One that any manager and owner could only hope for. She's a keeper! The classes are amazing! I felt as if I could breath better after my classes, although, I felt like I was dying during them. If you are considering signup or checking it out, I'd definitely say it's a no brainer! I've taken a LOT of classes and have had many memberships throughout my life. I've gone to CrossFit gyms, OTF, boxing gyms, and now this. They have some incredible classes. I made the mistake of purchasing a membership for this location only and after giving it some thought, I'm going to upgrade my membership to an all locations membership. One happy member here! The attendant was very helpful and tried to find me in the system, but I ended up missing that workout day due to the access issue. After that, everything was fixed and I've been able to enter easily using my phone. The facility is clean, organized, and feels secure. It's very convenient overall. Just a heads-up: bring your own mat and towel, or you'll pay about $5 to rent each time. Not a big deal if you're traveling light or want convenience. The water dispenser wasn't working during my visit, but it looked like it may have been under maintenance, so hopefully it's fixed next time. Booking sessions is very easy and straightforward. Overall, a solid experience and I would come back.

Today she wouldn't let me finish the last round because it was 1:00 (by her clock). I busted my butt to get there by 12:25 but every round was taken. As a 2 year loyal member you would think she'd let me finish out 2 minutes!! As well, she rarely turns on the air. Not sure about everyone else but I pay my hard earned money to work out in air conditioning because it's just too hot in south Louisiana. Save your money until there is new ownership bc the concept of 9round as a whole is great when you have owners that love what they do (I have also worked out in Davie FL as well as Birmingham AL so I do have 2 other clubs to compare to).

These folks really care that things are done right and they have the chops to back up the fact that they can teach. This form of martial art is respectful, an exhausting workout, and will ACTUALLY help my sons when they are met with physical adversity or challenges in real-life situations. No stand-kick-and-shout-loud-in-specific-order in this gym. This is man to man battle to subdue with respect and my 10 year old's confidence has soared. I can't say enough about this place, their ethics, their skill....they are there for the right reasons and will be part of our lives for a LONG time!
