She is helping me build the strength back in my knee and lose weight. Because of her background she is able to adjust the exercises but still works on whole body workouts. She is a great person and I am absolutely so grateful for her. I also have trainer Sean who is awesome. He is helping me with nutrition. He plans out every meal for me!!! This is perfect for me because I don't want to count calories. He gives me a new menu every two weeks. So far it is working. I joined Health Action during the summer with my daughter. I begin to go more regularly now. I have…read moresome health problems that sometime don't allow me to go as often as I would like but I enjoy the fact that they're open 7 days a week and early mornings. They are also open late evenings. Health Action has a NEW extended exercise location just South of Walmart on the East side of Hwy 43 in the strip mall near Diamond Nails. Health Action has many things going on within their main location downtown Jackson, AL ...bodybuilding, weight maintenance, physical therapy, silver sneakers...just to name a few. Another thing it's always clean and the people are friendly. I haven't had to go there for therapy as being sent by the doctor but I go there just to exercise which helps my body a lot in the areas that I need help...in my back, my knees, my ankles, and my shoulders just to name a few...all the problems that I have the exercise there has helped me a lot and I'd recommend the place.
