Have many times seen adults changing diapers on the vanity in the women's locker room as well as on the pool deck in front of everyone. After a swim class one morning I saw a parent who put their child on a bench in the adult locker room and urinated all over the floor. Accidents happen but this was beyond disgusting. The CEO of this YMCA is one of the worst humans to speak to.

She did this continuously, and it wss more irritating than painful, but quite uncomfortable. She never addressed lower back, a d focused for 10 full minutes on my calves. They completely changed their plan for training after one session - I was verbally told I would be refunded for a partial session due to this and never was. Decided to terminated my contract early because of these issues and received a nasty email full of personal attacks including that he didn't think it was in my best interest to keep my dogs. As an added insult I was charged for extra gas and tolls. I have been a dog owner all my life and have had only positive experiences with other trainers, groomers and veterinarians. Reviews are turned off of his facebook business page which leads me to imagine that there are others with similar complaints.
