The tree was leaning awkwardly between our pool and fence, so it required skill and precision. Jason and his team handled the felling expertly and brought the tree down safely without any issues. Their price was very fair, which we especially appreciated since we had just moved and needed the job done safely but as affordably as possible. We only needed the tree taken down and chose not to pay for debris removal, and they were great about placing the debris exactly where we asked so we could handle it ourselves after it is seasoned. Jason and his crew were professional, efficient, and easy to work with. The job was completed exactly as promised. I also hired them for lawn car at my mother's house on Delaware Avenue in NSP and recommended them to a brother in law on Oakhurst Ave. in Vadnais Heights. He also hired them for cutting down trees. They must be so big now they pick and choose who they do business with. They say they never offered pre-pay discounts either. I've used their pre-pay discounts the last few years. I missed the deadline this year due to a death in the family and asked if they would honor the 6% due to the circumstances. The "manager" refused the 6% and offered half. It's not even the discount at this point, it's the principal of the thing. I would venture to say the "manager" probably never even heard of Imprelis. That's how long I go back as a customer.

I mainly chose the company because of their safe fertilization methods. I have a dog and it's important to me that he can use the yard safely after it is sprayed. What I learned was that the company has a stellar office staff that is super helpful and efficient. I've had numerous conversations with Jane and she's always been polite and helpful. My yard hadn't been maintained very well prior to their visit and I ended up closing out the summer with a beautiful green lawn. Since they did such a great job, I ended up booking the company again to do a core-aeration and overseed in the fall and I can't wait to see the results this summer! I have gradually added services from just weekly mowing to tree trimming, light weeding, fall leaf clean up, and yearly aeration. Chris and his crew have done all of these services in a VERY professional manner. This past winter (assuming it is now over...smile...), I had my driveway and sidewalk cleared of snow. This is the first service that has actually done my snow removal correctly and in a timely manner. In addition, the pricing structure is quite reasonable.
