Within 10 minutes I had a response and a very reasonable offer for the job. We scheduled a time that worked for both of us and Shain arrived right on time the day we scheduled. Shain was courteous, respectful, and hard working. He meticulously removed every leaf from my property. He worked very quickly and carefully. He was respectful of my neighbors and of the property. They left black marks on my walkway from a snow blower which they were not supposed to be using on a walkway and refused to fix it. They were not timely in their snow removal and consistently missed clearing the patio. I had to call after each snowfall to ask them to come back out and clear it. Some dude named Felix actually told me he would think about fixing my walkway and let me know ! They never came out to fix the damage to the walkway. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this snow removal company. I paid in full upfront…read morefor service covering two adjacent properties, and even paid extra to upgrade to a 1-inch trigger service -- yet the service was consistently poor and unreliable. After multiple snowfalls, it took 2-3 days for driveways and sidewalks to be cleared, if they were cleared at all. In several instances, only one property was serviced while the other was completely ignored -- despite both being on the same contract. I made numerous attempts to contact them by phone with no response. Emails were also largely ignored or not acted upon. This lack of communication made the situation even worse. As a property owner, this exposed me to serious liability. The City of Minneapolis requires prompt snow and ice removal, and failure to comply can result in fines. More importantly, my tenants were put at risk of injury due to unsafe, icy conditions. Despite paying for upgraded service, I received no improvement in performance. The level of service provided fell far below what was agreed to in the contract. Based on this experience, I will not be using this company again and strongly recommend others proceed with caution. Plus I just found out that the address they listed in the contract they sent me was fake. This outfit is a fraud and a rip off. The address they gave me was: 50 S 6th St Ste 1390 Minneapolis, MN 55402. They cannot afford a broom closet at this address. This address is occupied by top law firms. The building itself is a multi-tenant office tower with firms like Deloitte, Dorsey & Whitney, and others occupying various suites. Suite 1390 is occupied by Mill City Capital - A Minneapolis-based private equity firm focused on Midwest investments
