Fun to see made but the table felt that it could have been made spicier and maybe they took the heat easy on us based on being Americans. The main dishes were all good. From seabass cooked in a plantain leaf to lamb in a plantain leaf to a full fried snapper and a pork dish. The sides were easily just simple rice and beans and uneventful.
