They have a very limited menu. All they sell are two Shawarma Wraps. Either Original or Bbq flavors, and you can add cheese for a few more pesos. I was hoping they would have lamb as one of their choices, but all they had was beef. So I ordered their Original Beef Shawarma Wrap with all the toppings/fillings and spicy sauce. We greatly appreciated the wonderful service of the entire Hale Manna staff. The restaurant offered a vast menu of delicious dishes. The large complex was beautiful and consisted of professionally manicured and maintained natural gardens and walkways. Numerous covered lounging areas dotted the shoreline, offering quiet secluded areas to relax and enjoy the ocean views. The reef was beautiful with colorful coral, an enormous variety of fish, sea-turtles, seahorses and other wildlife. Professional guides are available to assist snorkelers. Overall, Hale Manna is an outstanding resort and excellent value.
