Terrible experience where they quoted a scope, then did the work within the allotted time, but…read morecharged my card with no pre-approval and claimed it was a 50% scope increase from what they quoted. The technician provided no invoice until we requested it 2-3 times and then it had a one line description of the added scope. When I escalated, they could not provide any explanation of the increased cost or scope and simply stated that my wife gave the technicians a "blank check" they thought and told them to do whatever they needed. To add insult to injury, the lights they wired use an incorrect transformer because they did not read any of the instructions left and now do not work at all. I don't recommend using Dan Wood Electric for anything, but if you do get it all in writing and make sure they don't fabricate scope and bill you without any detail.
