Do not under any circumstances use this company for any services they might offer for your home or car. Mo came out and gave us a bid for mirriors, glass cabinet doors for the kitchen as well as two shower doors. He explained because it was a big order and he felt a special order we had to write the checks that day. Which we did, stupid mistake. He said it would take about six weeks for the full order to be delivered, however he could deliver the mirrors sooner. after four or five weeks, we started calling, and it started with the same lip service over and over, same exact story each conversation. This sale took place on July 22, 2024. We have received two cheaply made glass mirrors and nothing else. He took the checks and cashed them right away for for almost $4,000 dollars. We have contacted an attorney and he has sent them a letter with absolutely no response. Please do not do business with this company, especially Mo, he cannot be trusted. He's good at telling you exactly what you want to hear. We have lived in this area for over twenty years and never once have we ever had an issue with any retailer. Lesson learned! I really couldn't wait to do a review on this place. I needed 3 windshields replaced and this guy started giving me a number off the top of his head. Then he asked if it was insurance and quoted me over $1000. I told him I needed a written estimate to give them and he refused. Stating, he wanted my insurance company to call him about my vehicle. I guess he thought it was his vehicle and didn't understand that I had the power to determine where my vehicle would go. He then proceeded to tell me how the insurance business worked. I'm an insurance broker but I let him ramble on about how he wanted to control the repairs to my vehicle and those repairs would be between him and the insurance company. That's not how it works people. If I liked him, which I did not, the insurance company would have cut me a check and I would have taken it to him for the necessary repairs. He blew that out of the water completely. So I wonder, how many people have he treated like this and maybe people are just not aware of their rights. For the record, no insurance company wants to talk to a vendor. They leave that to their customers unless there's a dispute with quality or workmanship. Stay as far away from this place as you can! Very disappointing. I have wasted 2 days trying to have my cracked windshield replaced. On Oct. 1st called and they quoted a price I accepted, then called back said it would be more . I said ok and they scheduled for next Oct. 2nd - 11am. Showed up owner said they forgot to order the windshield. Said they would have it next day and would be 1st at 9am. I showed up today at 9 and no one was there. Bottom line is these people are rude and know nothing about customer service. I just wanted a full refund on my credit card and the owner refused to do it. My advice to anyone wanting to do business here is DON'T DO IT!!! This guy (Mo) is a scammer. I called him about installing a shower glass and door in my home. He was a real fast talker about who he is and who he does business with. He said he does all of the police vehicle glass in Livingston. He wanted me to pay all upfront and I said I would only pay half as a down payment. He took measurements and left stating that it would take him a couple weeks. Like all the other reviews I read, I did not hear back from him so I called him and he gave me one excuse after another for his nonperformance, i.e. 1. his panel truck was in the shop, 2. (next call) his pickup was in the shop - brakes out, 3, (my next call) when the glass is in I will install it, 4, (my next call) he said he had to fire his whole crew, 5, (my next call) he had jury duty, 6 (my next call) jury duty was extended. At this point he starting getting surly and rude, 7, (my next call) he had to go and pick up the hardware in Houston and he would be right out. That was a no show. I called the next day and he said he had to drive to the shop and pick up some tools. At this point I told him very nicely that if he was not able to do my glass shower walls and door to just give me my money back and I can go on down the road. He laughed and said "you are not getting your money back". I will bring the glass to your house and leave it, you can find someone else to install it. I said "you are not going to install the glass?" and he said NO! He came with two guys and set the glass in my bedroom and he and the guy helping him laughed and left. I immediately starting searching for another company which I found quite quickly. He came out that very next day and starting measuring the glass Mo delivered for my shower and realized the glass would not fit and the measurements were all wrong. I had to have a whole new glass shower enclosure created and installed. I called Mo several times and left messages asking him to refund the money I had paid him (over $1,000.00). To this day this scammer has not responded nor refunded the money I paid him. The glass he had delivered was useless and unusable. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CREEP! read more

They replaced my windshield for me and did not glue it tight enough. You could hear rocks and stuff seeping through. On top of that They charged me more than I was originally quoted. These people are scam artists and if I were you I would stay away. They try to steal peoples money via zelle or cash app. They are not a legitimate business. read more
