They had already closed so we continued home. I called them the next day and informed them. Their sales Manager Brandon called me back and told me to take my vehicle to the nearest dealership and they would "Help get this taken care of". There were major repairs that needed addressed and we were also informed that the truck had blatantly obvious signs of an extreme engine fire. They never informed us of an engine fire before purchase. The dealership was able to pull up the digital records to show the dates the codes were cleared off the vehicle. Right before we bought it of course. After the dealerships communicating back and forth regarding the repairs and issues and Kramer failing to reach back out to me. I had to reach out multiple times to Brandon. He was very accusatory and belittling. He accused me of lying about circumstances regarding the state of the vehicle and miss understanding him. He would not honor his word. He was such a weasel. Again our salesman was awesome but Brandon made this cozy small town dealership feel like we did some sleazy Craigslist deal. I won't buy from here again and I'm telling everyone I know not to purchase from here. Buyer beware!

He refused to explain why wheel locks were being overcharged ($365) compared to the Toyota dealership website (less than $40) and questioned why we requested a $4,620.73 discount related to dealership add on options and overpricing compared to other market options, ultimately saying he couldn't do business with us. This behavior, combined with an unwillingness to negotiate or provide transparent pricing or diagnostic history, makes this dealership untrustworthy and not customer-friendly

December 2021 Our 2016 F-150 sunroof glass had cracked, and we were going to be out of state for…read morean extended length of time, so we left the truck at this dealership for a replacement. The service manager assured us that the repair would be complete upon our return, and that he would call us to let us know when our truck would be available. We returned home at the end of January, 2022 --no contact from the dealership during this period- to find that nothing had been done to replace the sunroof. The dealership had our truck for six weeks and nada. The service manager had no explanation for the inaction and in fact got hostile when we asked why we had not even been called during the 42 days the dealership had our truck. To be fair, we were angry as well, but no apologies for the waste of time or the undelivered work. We won't be dealing with Gabriel/Jordan again.

We opened the door to fins MOLD smell that would knock you over and standing water in the floor boards. The Dealer immediately said NONE of their staff would leave the windows down but for 24 more days have ozoned the hell out of it and added many chemicals creating what EPA says is toxic and deadly. Dealer now says pick it up, we are doing nothing else. Windshield is now cracked and now as before, they have no clue how this happened. They pray at the flag pole every morning and screw you over during the day. Louise, the GM refuses to give us contact information for the owner.
