I was told that the 1st key was goung to cost $35 dollars to decode before they could copy the others. Total scam. Copy the keys. Not a hard task. Treating your cutomers like they are stupid will not get you business. The answer about why the keny needed decoded is that they could not be held liable for miscut keys.
