These guys charge £4 for a town run and don't talk in foreign lingo on Bluetooth when driving you. You also get a nice text letting you know the name of the driver and make of the car so that you know it's your cab your getting in is legal and the one you booked.

Awful taxi service. The taxi there was fine, on time and a nice taxi man but when leaving the club no taxi was there to take us home. When I called them to ask what was going on the guy started arguing with me and said that I had not booked a taxi home and then he rudely hung up on me. When I tried to call back I got no response which meant there were 6 girls left with no taxi in the freezing cold in the early hours of the morning. The best bit was when they rang me the next day at 2:30 in the afternoon telling me that my taxi was ready and waiting for me... They had booked me in for 2:30PM not AM! Not impressed! Oh and I got no apology. Nice swan cars, real nice.

Other rental company's would accept but of course we're double the cost as then captive audience. The chap on the phone from Holiday Autos could barely understand English asked him to cancel the booking so we would at least get a partial refund which he didn't do so now I have ended up paying for two rental cars one of which I didn't even have! I would never use Holidays Autos again and reccomend you do the same. Appalling company appalling service far better to book direct with a rental company as you are better protected. Have heard if your flight is late they cancel your booking too. Rip off con artists please DO NOT USE

Horrible experience. They are a scam!!! Booked online, on their website…read more Arrived at destination, the terms and conditions were changed and I was charged extra (CAD 190) on location. I complained, Holiday Autos's reply: not our problem... They are such a scam!!!! When queried, Mr. Karan Partap, Manager of Routes Car Rental (the company on location), acknowledged that these modifications had not been reflected on the website at the time of booking. In addition, the vehicle I received was in an unsatisfactory condition: the interior was noticeably unclean, and remnants of white plastic were evident on the exterior in multiple locations, suggesting inadequate attention to both quality and service standards. I find this conduct unacceptable, particularly as it contravenes the signed agreement and violates applicable consumer protection regulations.

However when we returned the car, we filled full of tank of gas , and requested for receipt , then we knew the total price different than our original booking . and the manager promised to credit the fuel charge and invested others, but never did . They pretended dead without responding our email or money . As a business , not trustworthy, and has no interiority .

I recommend going with a vendor without the policy. It is fully within their policy as you can see attached. But it's not a great policy in general and I've found it better to use other options. It's a business expense for me so it's not about the money, it's the logistics of wanting to submit the expense once and not have to go back. I have been charged by them for making them wait at the hotel a few minutes and that's completely understandable and we paid cash to driver and didn't bother to expense that. But this charge at the airport, I dislike as a policy. Since I'm updating, we also had a few drivers that were not great (not a huge percentage though) but did have one really scary driver in Feb 2017, which warranted an email. It's time we moved on.
