They were supposed to be replacing the neighbor's roof, but they got the address wrong. They apologized and said they would make it right by replacing only the half of the roof that they removed, but the back half would not be replaced unless he paid. They did replace the front half of the roof. They were asked several times about replacing the whole roof, but they insisted they could not because they were a small company. He was left with unmatching shingles and possibly a roof with compromised integrity (according to other roofers I have spoken with).

I was so afraid it would fall during a storm. Thankfully it never did. So last fall the tree just randomly died. So now it was an emergency to have it removed. After getting quotes for the removal I chose Garcia tree experts. They came out with 2-3 days, I believe and took care of it. Now it was not the cheapest, but it wasn't the most expensive. In this instance I didn't really care about the cost, I wanted reliability care for my property. The cost only included the cut down and removal, not stump grinding, which I'll probably get done soon. My concern was just getting the tree down before hurricane season started. The stump doesn't bother me, it's just an eye sore. This pics aren't from the removal, it's from a hurricane that knocked down huge branches, that fell so loud and hard, that I thought the tree fell on the house. I didn't get any before and after of the tree. If you are looking for reliable, trust worthy company, this is the way to go. I also found them on Yelp projects. They replied within 2 hours.

Next, they brought out the contract for me to sign as well as roofing samples, so I could choose the color. I mainly dealt with the job superintendent who has been with them for more than 30 years. He was at my house every minute the job was being done. They found one small area of rotten wood that had to be replaced, but that didn't seem to slow them down at all. That would have been an opportunity for them to price gouge me, but they did not. They quickly made the repair and it did not affect the price. How great was that!!! The weather was perfect so they were able to work long hours the first day and complete the job the second. I was so impressed with their work crew. I have not found even one nail or roofing tack since they left. The owners, Bill and Sue, are so pleasant and easy to work with. This was not covered by Insurance so I had to pay out of pocket, but I was satisfied that it was a great price.
