It took 4 months of canceling the monthly charge to get them to stop billing me and all I received was the cancellation, they did not refund for the three months of charges or give me credit for me to use in the future when I got back. read more

Ive been using this car wash at least every other week for the past year or two. I wont be back after today. I always pop my hood after I drive through the wash and pull the pine needles out from under my hood by hand, then blow the air vent intake out with the compressed air. Apparently, today that was a problem with Pablo the manager. He didn't want me "blowing dirt from under my hood onto the other cars." When you think of "southern hospitality" this place hands down has it right. They asked if I wanted my hitch removed so the sensors wouldn't think it was the end of my car and miss washing the whole back, so he removed and placed in back seat. I came back 2 days later after a storm came through for their 3 day re wash guarantee if there's any type of storm etc. well today I seen a man sweeping out the pack of a guys truck to remove all his leaves and debris. not to mention the man that walks around the vacuum area picking up trash and sweeping the area to keep it maintained, he as well was outstanding. I used to really like this carwash located on Rankin Highway in Midland, Texas. The staff seemed very efficient and I liked the free vacuums. I liked it so much that I gave Apex gift cards for Christmas gifts. I no longer feel the same. Yesterday, I got a $12 car wash there at around 4:30 pm. While I was vacuuming my car after the wash, I thought it looked really good, but when I got home and parked in my garage, I noticed that the hood and grill still had dead bugs stuck to them. It was too late to go back that evening, so I went there the next morning and explained that the wash had failed to get the bugs off my grill and hood, and asked that they rewash it for free. They said that in my case, since I had left the establishment after the wash, and come back the next day, they couldn't re-wash it. When I explained that I had not gotten what I paid for (a clean car), the manager, Claudio, offered me a $20 carwash for $15, but said he couldn't give me a free wash. I'm so disappointed that they obviously don't care if they do a good job and I'm not going back. If you go there, be sure to inspect your car after the wash, because apparently it's the customer's responsibility to make sure the job is done well, not theirs. read more

I was told I would hear something in 2 weeks since then I had been in contact with the manager above the manager on site I have been giving the run around by the manager Pablo I have been asking him to give me a number for someone above him if he has no say still today I have gotten no response. The brushes they use on their car wash hold old dirt from previous cars and are continuously used throughout the day causing scratches on your vehicle. There are numerous car washes within the area which have converted to a different type of brush which does not hold dirt causing no scratches. I could hear the brushes scratching the paint. They need to be cleaned more often and more thoroughly. Additionally there are no places to hold your mats like many other car washes offer. Many other washes also offer floor mat cleaning machines which apex does not. And to top it off the blower nozzles that are offered here at apex are not allowed to be used to blow out dust and leafs from the engine bay. Tommy's car wash offers all of the missing services apex does not have and they are cheaper while also not being anal about blower nozzles. I just got me and my wife signed up at Tommy's and will be canceling our membership here at apex. This wash has, you can say gone down the drain. Hopefully the lack of customers I saw will be a notice to them as a hint. read more

While the workers seem friendly, they get mad when your car isn't clean and you ask to go back through. I went through twice and my car was STILL dirty. And the second time I went through they didn't give me what I had previously paid for. They gave me the basic wash when I paid for the most expensive one. Came to wash my car this morning. Spent $20 for the best wash they offer due to a few birds deciding to decorate my car the previous night. Went through and came out the other side with junk still on my windshield. Very unhappy. Especially for the price I paid. Drove back around and stayed my challenge. Took a Manager to come out to approve the rewash .... Guess employees don't have that power. Had to give my name on paper to get another wash. Went back to the entrance and had to instruct the prep person to get the bird crap left on my window off ... three times he tried. Finally went back through and car came out better. Not great, not $20 awesome, but better. Soap still left on the car when I went to dry it off. Disappointed in this wash. Props to management for providing the second attempt. read more

Absolutely horrible. After traveling to Texas from the Pacific Northwest, the car was in need of a good wash. What I received was anything but. I purchased the most expensive wash, and after going through I pulled in to the vaccum area to wipe down any residual water and vacuum out the floorboards. I could have pissed on the car and it would have turned out better. If it couldn't be done right the first time, I wasn't about to go through again. Don't waste your time/money. read more

I took my work truck in today for a wash. I choose the $18 dollar wash to just have a nice clean look, well that's didn't happen my truck is still dirty in most spots my mirrors have water spots on them. They took wool chips out of the back of my truck bed and instead of throwing them in the trash the attendant put them in my truck. They rush you into the wash bay and had me dangerously close to the back of the vehicle in front of me. I saw on the receipt that they allow you to return for washes after the present trip, but I figured if they can't do it right the first time why would they get it right the second time. I believe you only have one time to make a good impression on someone well they impressed me to not use them again. I wouldn't bother using this car wash unless your car is virtually spotless beforehand. read more

As a former employee it amazes me how people spend this kind of money on a mid tier car wash. There's so many better options to choose from in Midland/Odessa for less money. A little secret is that the $15 wash and $20 wash are identical besides the three day weather guarantee. The Ph levels are the exact same. Everyday I would see cars roll in and leave missing minor parts such as as the antenna or license plate but I've also seen things as major as rear view mirrors and bumpers being ripped off. We literally had a lost and found box in the storage room that would fill up with so many license plates that we would empty them weekly. Often times employees got to keep the license plates so there's a good chance your missing license plate is hanging on my wall considering how many I was able to collect. I recommend saving a little bit of your money and going down the street to another car wash which'll clean your car better while also staying careful to not remove any parts. read more

If I could give this place 0 I would. Say in line 20 mins. Purchased the 18$ wash that allows you to come back 3 times within the next 3 days, and purchased a pack of whipped for 2$ I see why now lol. It'll take three try's to get it clean. I have a 2017 Ford F-350 single wheel long bed, leveled on 35s. My truck is not lifted. I do not have over sized tires for my pick up. My truck wasn't overly muddy either. Went through the wash, parked and was absolutely shocked. I'm not one to holler manager at the smallest problem. This was a disaster. I found the manager and showed him how filthy my truck was. My mirrors, my windows, any sort of indention in the body, my entire tailgate, and the lower panel. I told him I was upset that I had just spent 20$ on a wash, when before I could finish he interrupted me to say "we don't have a 20$ wash" Lol, MY BAD. I spent 20$ at your useless car wash, 18$ on the actual wash, that left me with a still dirty truck. Felt like he completely discredited anything I had been saying. If that was me, I would have just kept my mouth shut and listened to what my customer was saying. He began explaining that because of the size of my truck his machines were not able to get close enough, he literally said "well because of the lift, and oversized tires" I told him my truck isn't lifted by any means, and he tried to argue with me, he said "I'm a truck fanatic I know a lifted truck when I see one" I told him to get underneath and look. He came out from under and said hmmmm. Lol. So the next excuse was that my truck was excessively muddy. No sir. My truck had that nasty grime from driving in the rain. And if my truck was excessively muddy why wasn't I charged extra like the sign says in the line? He said "we only have that sign up" Whatever. I used my 2nd wash to come back and it not look much different after him saying they would focus on the problem areas with the power washer as I came in. Didn't happen. I told them to keep the receipt for the 3rd wash. What a joke. The manager is what ruined it. If I would have had an apologetic manager rather than an argumentative one, I would have left willing to give them a second chance at a later date. read more

This place is best in town for a car wash and vacuum. The vacuum is self serviced, but free. The wash is great for the price, and fun to go through! You get in and out pretty fast, and there are people on stand by to help you out. read more

Fantastic customer service! Everyone was polite professional and helpful. If your looking to feel like a valued customer this is the place. However, the fantastic customer service is just a front for a very poor car wash. My rims, bumpers, wheel wells, door handles and entire tailgate were just as dirty as before I drove through. Not to mention all the other spots that were just kinda clean. I ended up driving to a manual car wash and spent an hour getting my truck actually clean. Good spot! $10 for a basic wash - the Pit Stop. I think the next levels in pricing were $15 and $18 (this one has a "if it rains" guarantee"). Got my car nice and clean and everyone was very professional and friendly. I would've put 5 stars but felt it was a little more expensive (compared to similar washes that run $6 in Houston) but this might just be standard in the Permian Basin area. Went during the lunch hour and it was still very fast service. And there's free, strong-powered vacuums and air for your tires. read more
