They are very new, just opened maybe 3 weeks ago. The good thing is their facility is still clean, everything works well. I got one of the unlimited wash packages since it is so dusty out here. Their packages are probably the most expensive I have seen in Odessa, but they are closer to my home than the last place I used to go. Every car gets hand dried, but they do such a horrible job of it. It's really hot and dry now, so of course the water will start to dry on the car as soon as you exit the wash. They smartly wait right at the exit and do a quick dry, but my windows still look horrible after the fact. They also have "free" self-service vacuum cleaners. It should be phrased "included in your purchase" since you already paid to get your car washed to be in that part of the premises. Edited 9/4/18. Was my second time here and I got the $20 wash at the end they have wipers that buff off the wax. They didn't come on so I asked the towel guy why and the manager ran up asking wants wrong so I told him he is said " maaan I can't give you no refund." I didn't even ask for one after I told him. So I asked if he could give me something to make up for the money I lost after he tells me it hasn't been working for 6 months, and that I sill get the wax and other stuff. He didn't know what to of me so the other guy that works there said we can offer a free rem wash. I tell them Ok that's fine. Then the manager replied with "bet" very unprofessional.. the first time there was a sign that said no $20 washes today so I knew not to get it. I love this car wash. It is a bit expensive but I work Uber and Lyft so I needed something I could actually get my car clean and vacuums worked. They hand dry your car at the end. Waiting for you to come out. As well before you go into the car wash they spray your car off to get excess dirt off. The manager was very prompt getting my sticker for the monthly unlimited wash. Then I found out I can wash it twice a day as well. I guess just like others this car wash has started to go down. Many times the spinning drying at the end is down. It's a hit or miss to get a good hand dry at the end. I had to pull to two different vacuums this last time since they were broke. I really liked this place I hope they can get the broken stuff fixed quicker. read more

This car wash used to be my favorite but it has gone down hill fast they can't keep help,the buffer not working, vacuums have no suction. Owners need to do something quick. I no longer go there. read more

Poor Quality Control..Paid for the best wash with extras and bugs were still on the front because the guys and gals at the entrance did a half-a$$ job. When the wash was over; the people at the end who drys the vehicle also did the same, I watch them skip leave water spots. Got my truck washed this not. I wasn't sure how things work. Natonya was very helpful in explaining how everything works. Unfortunately I didn't get the man's name that did the pre wash. Their carwash bent up my license plate. Tried discussing it with mgmt. And he argued with me. I called owner and he said its bc I don't have a bracket. So it was my fault not theirs. Yea that's funny I go to other car washes and no problems. read more

Worst car wash ever! I purchased the 18.00 car wash. Drove around to enter. 2 teenagers sprayed my car, scrubbed the sides for less than 5 seconds & had me enter the wash. There was a full sized pickup in front of me & I noticed the tire brushes couldn't reach the passenger side tires, so I knew the passenger side of my midsize sedan would still be dirty. When the brushes started, the one that goes over the hood & top didn't even touch my hood. After exiting the wash, a guy wiped off my windows & waved goodbye. Never again! read more

I paid to have truck prewashed and dried. They sprayed truck but did not scrub it and did not spend anytime prewashing the car. They spent less than a minute drying the car. I was very dissatisfied with the service there. read more

Just had a bad experience with this place. I got there at 7:44. Spoke to both attendants that were there. One told me they opened at 8:00am the other said in 20 min. At 8:15 they still had not removed the cones. I decided to go next door to the Eugene car wash because I was going to be late to an appt. Those 2 guys there were watching people get in line and leave. It was past 8am. Bad service. I will never go there again. I don't like laziness. read more

The ODESSA store is soooooo sad... needs management... the guys and gals that work there seem so unwilling to want to work.... so many issues to name at once.... don't fold mirrors, have dry job, don't pre spray enough, don't scrub enough vacuums never work fully..... read more
