Each time he asked me how something I felt, he interrupted my response with a dismissive remark about how that was nothing. Rather than address your issue, this doctor implies (sometimes even states) that you are being overly dramatic or getting "over-excited." Finally, after feeling like your needs were only half-addressed, you get slammed with a large bill. I was even charged full price co-pay for a 10 minute rude "follow up" that he scheduled for me -- in which he rudely dismissed my pain and numbness as "nothing." I quickly scheduled an opinion with another doctor, Dr. Bell; his secretary seemed quite accustomed to receiving former patients of Dr. Quezada, seeking noting more than to be heard and have their questions answered/pain treated. I think that's very telling. I will not be going back to Foot Specialists of Laredo, nor will I let anyone I know walk into that waste of money blindly.

I LEFT WORK thinking they had an opening, they made me wait an hour and a half to be seen, then I actually heard Dr. Quezada say " I don't care if shes frustrated by waiting" before coming into my room. At that point, he came into the room. Told me that I work too much ( I am in law enforcement and a part time physical trainer... obviously active) He then told me, without touching my foot, that it was nerve damage and that he recommends putting a cream on and wrapping it (each wrap costing an extra 30.00 of course) and sent me home to come back in a week. After running a full marathon and a half marathon in the past 3 months and having severe pain I asked him if he wanted to do an X RAY or any other exam that might pinpoint the cause. He said no, he was sure by talking to me that I was fine and just needed to rest. Long story short....FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!

During a recent visit I had my blood drawn for a lipid profile. It was during 1-17-2020. When one walks into their office there is no employee to greet you, only a computer. They assured me that the results were to be ready by the followIng Tuesday. I show up on Tuesday, signed into theIr computer and wait, and wait, and wait. After 20 minutes I walk out, nobody bothered to walk out of their office to offer an explanation. I have their app and no it does not show any results. I contacted their office and got more BS. Today is Thursday evening and nothing yet. The fine print go on to say that if disputes arise they will only be addressed in New Jersey. I called the Drs office and they claim that I have to have a doctors visit to see my results. In all, a horrible experience. For good service I recommend the City of Laredo Health. Explained each step of exam as it was done. Clearly well trained. They do ask you to leave all your belongings in your car except for you ID and they require a temperature check before you can enter the building.
