We had a kitchen blade that broke at the tip and needed some repairs, as well as a couple of other knives that needed some sharpening. Other cutlery specialists we tried to get a quote from were not sure if they could pull off a proper repair, but Albert responded right away and said he could definitely do it. And he did -- and at a very reasonable price! He was able to come to our house within a day or two to take care of the repair job. Friendly, prompt, and courteous service. Albert came to my home and sharpened and fixed my set of knives. He also showed me how to properly maintain them as well as which types of honing rods I should invest and why. Be aware that this is skilled precision work done on site, a service that is usually reserved for the food service industry, so it can get a bit pricey if you're on a smaller budget, but that said, if you have good knives that are worth the effort, he took his time, and ALL the knives he worked on are holding up extremely well.
