We had seen your PA the last visit and she set up some test for Phyllis. Tuesday was supposed to be the appointment with Dr Goldman. We arrived a few minutes early and started our wait. No other patients were in the waiting area. After a half hour had passed my wife spoke to the receptionist and asked if we had been forgotten. She made a phone call and shortly we were escorted to Exam room 12 and a one of your staff took some vitals on Phyllis. It was observed that he O2 was low and I then went to our vehicle and got her concentrator. Our wait continued, with no other personal coming into the room. I could hear chatter and laughter from outside the room the whole time. We again waited for well over a half hour when we both decided it was time to leave. As we were leaving one of your employees seemed to note that and asked if we were leaving, I responded that yes, we were as it felt as no one there was interested in seeing my wife. She then ASKED IF WE WANTED TO RESCHEDULE to which I responded why would we want to do all the waiting all over again. We then left your office very discouraged with how my wife was treated as if it did no matter how long you wait to see a specialist, the impression is your time doesn't matter. However, to us every minute is important and wasting time sitting in a doctor's office with no contact with anyone is a true waste of our time, which to us it very important. I see that you and your staff do not share that. On closing I would have expected someone from your office to reach out to my wife. But I guess that would have taken up too much of your staff's time as they seemed so busy when we left (that is sarcasm) as no one was doing anything except talking with one another. After I refreshed his memory, he started telling me all the negative things that could happen if he performed surgery. Also, overheard Hannah calling patients telling them to reschedule since Dr. Goldman was going to be in emergency surgery on Thursday (today is Tuesday). Same thing they told me when they called to reschedule my appointment. Those people for emergency surgery, I wouldn't recommend him to my neighbor's cat.

So, we took an early apt with Dr Morpeth that was only 4 days out. And I'm so glad we did. He was very detailed and answered all of our questions. And although, she had to have surgery and biopsy done in June, he made us feel calm. The surgery and aftercare went well. We went back today, because we thought we saw a lump on the other side this morning, they worked us in so she could be examined quickly. Again, he showed compassion and great bed side manner. And the staff is always friendly.

In March 2025, I fell off of a tree that collapsed onto my house and seriously injured my hip. I had a bulge sticking out of my hip about 6 inches and I could not put pressure on my left foot. The pain was horrible and my wife took me to this Emergency Room (as it was only 5 minutes from my house, very convenient). After multiple treatments for pain and xrays, the doctor told my wife and visiting church members that I either broke my hip or that my left leg came out of socket (due to the swelling and temporary disfigurement. Later, an MRI determined that I had a deep bone contusion. As we visited that Emergency Room in the past, paying no more than a Tricare covered co-pay, this hospital was always convenient - until I received a bill for $3,844.61. I informed Jack Hughston that I had both VA insurance and Tricare to cover the costs Jack Hughston then informed me that VA and Tricare covered their parts of the insurance and I still owed them $3,844.51. I informed my wife that, no matter how bad I am injured in the future, we will not go to this hospital (5 minutes from my home) ever again but, instead, drive to the Fort Benning Emergency Room (35 minutes away). I had mess following a (negative) surgical biopsy. Dr Anderson was highly recommended by a local…read morehighly respected surgeon who had witnessed his work professionally. I also knew Dr Jain would have been very selective as to who he would allow connected to his nome. I wasn't sure I really wanted to 'fix' the issue but was told that it could lead to other issues. It really was a mess. My husband was 100% good with whatever I chose, but he could see my sadness building and encouraged me to at least check into it. Dr Anderson has worked as a artist. I have had 2 surgeries to create symmetry. A few little touch ups may still help in a few months. At this point in my life, I never expected to look like this -- 'perky'. It has not been easy and my spirit was missing. BUT Dr Anderson and the staff are wonderful. He has a great personality and that helped with the emotional part of this journey. A 100% repair was never possible, however what he has done with what he had to work with (and my allergy to silicone) is more than I could have dreamt. As I said he is an artist- with an enjoyable personality.

Maybe the visit lasted less than 5 min. Much later I got a bill for $350. Turns out I need vein surgery since luckily I went for a second opinion. Plus I've tried leaving a message with my insurance info to them more than once . I have to say I'm not impressed.

However, their billing department is predatory. I paid each of my copayments when I attended my appointments; however, they keep billing me for my copayments after the insurance says what my portion is. They do not apply your payments to your account! Despite sharing with their billing department that I paid my copayments, they still say I owe. I have even sent over my credit card statements that shows that I paid my copayments on the dates they are saying I did not. DO NOT go here! Go somewhere else! These are predatory practices.
