My initial appointment consisted mostly of consultation where they gathered info about all of my conditions. He then made adjustments without first giving me a chance to relax before doing so. I asked what was wrong with my back and his reply was, "It's jacked up". He then wanted to see me the next day and I refused and scheduled for the following Monday. Upon arrival, I was taken to a room to review specialized videos for me to watch based on the info I wrote down on the long sheet I filled out during "consultation". That's when I realized this place is in it for screwing insurance companies. If in need of a GOOD chiropractor, find one who cares about you and your issues, not places like this who want you to return 2-3 times a week.

The receptionists and assistants continued to lead us on and tell us the medical records weren't kept in office every call and our legal requests to obtain my personal medical records were not being fulfilled until consistent calling and bothering.

Anything could have happened. Super unprofessional! If she cared about the care of the elderly, leaving a patient in a home by themselves without notifying the family would have never happened. Lastly, she cancelled our contract last minute without a notice because she said we failed to pay which is false. The first time we were late, not due to funds, my Aunt just forgot (human error) and this last time we needed answers to our questions as to why it was so high when they were only there half a day, didn't come at all, or were late. her policy states she needs a 14 day notice before cancellation. She gave us no notice and now we're scrambling to find care for my Grandmother! COMMUNICATION needs to be worked on!
