Just an fyi...the last few years that we have been traveling, we have stopped parking at the airport and have contracted a transportation service. Getting older, bad backs, it is hard for us to manage the luggage by ourselves. I hate the airport buses that you have to lug your luggage on and off of, getting to and from the parking lots to the airport. Not to mention tipping every time you turn around. I doubt very much if we will go back to parking at the airport. APEX was exceptional...Very cost effective for us. Cost was $70 to the airport and $80 return (because driver had to pay for parking on the return trip). The CHEAPEST Long term parking I found was $9.00 a day, and some airport parking was $16.95+ a day, plus tax. At 14 days, $9.00 a day, that rounded up to $126. Plus tax. Now yes the cheapest airport parking at $9.00 is cheaper, per se, than the $150 we paid for the service, but .. we did not drag our suitcases down elevators, or 1/2 mile on and off any bus or wait 45 min for a bus cuz it was late at night when we came in. APEX came in a suv, in our driveway, exactly on time, loaded our luggage and us, in the suv, dropped us off in front of check in at the airport, unloaded all baggage. Could not have been nicer. He was there waiting for us in the luggage section on our return, which of course was late arriving, took care of us and the luggage, home to our front door and unloaded! Amazing service! I realize that we all want to cut corners in expense when we travel, but the older we get the harder it is, and the more crapola we have to take than when we were younger. We had amazing service as first time customers we will definitely definitely be back! Arsen arrive to pick us up on time in fact early which was nice He was extremely professional, dressed in a suit, the SUV was immaculate. He helped load and unload the luggage. I had sent him our return flight information prior to leaving town and had no concerns that he would be there to pick us up which was 11 PM when we landed I had already had a message for him saying welcome back and that he would be waiting for us at baggage claim. He helped us get our luggage out of the airport again back into his vehicle- again everything professional first class all the way!! I found Apex Transportation here on Yelp. I submitted a request for a handful of transportation companies. When I initiated my request for my family to the airport, it was late the night before so I was expecting a response the next morning; however, Arsen was on it. I received a reply within minutes, worked out the details, and booked the ride for early evening next day. Arsen texted me the next morning confirming the ride, showed up early to help load my family's luggage, and easily fit my family of five into his large suburban. We used Arsen and Apex transportation Service for our day long journey. We were driven 2.5 hours away for some winery touring and dinner. In all we spent 10 hours with Arsen as our driver. He was prompt in picking us up. He followed our our itinerary and we were left with nothing to worry about. We were able to enjoy ourselves with our friends. He was helpful with our equipment and was considerate. He even returned to our house after drop off with a set of sunglasses that were left in his vehicle. The SUV was comfortable and clean. A last minute travel change for a business trip left me without a rental car and reliant on ride-share apps for my trip to St. Louis. I was concerned for my 3:30 AM airport pickup out of the downtown area (neither Lyft or Uber were allowing schedule ahead out of the Clayton area), and I called Apex the day before my ride was needed. I received a response within 15mins and details were coordinated via text. Reasonable rate for first class service. Did a random search and found this gem of a business. My daughter was going to an event after her Senior Prom, I did not want her to drive nor did I want her to have a car. I called Apex and they came and picked up 7 of her friends and took them to the event. As mom, it had absolutely no worries that they were in safe hands. The driver even texted me once he dropped them off to let me know. My husband and I are already figuring out dates to use this same service to transport to the airport. I had the opportunity to use their services multiple times. I felt safe knowing who my driver was and that he was dedicated to ensuring we arrived to our des on time. He waited for us to finish and then returned us safely to our homes. We ride In a clean, spacious and smoke free vehicle. I called another company for transportation and was sent this guy instead for some reason? He mentioned he works for himself and told me Apex was his company name. He was not very polite and seemed like he was in a rush to drop me off as soon as possible. I will make sure to voice my frustration with the company I originally called and hopefully they wont send random rude drivers who aren't even employees of theirs again. read more

I booked an early morning shuttle in fear of no Uber or Lyft at 3am in my area. Booking was super easy 2 days ahead of time and Arsen was really responsive and he let me know when he was on his way and arrived early. The pricing was very comparable to an Uber or Lyft but with better customer service and more luxurious vehicle with tons of room. Will definitely use in future for Airport Transportation vs other means. read more

Arson drove us a few weeks ago and the experience was not very good. The vehicle was decent but there was an odor either from the driver or the vehicle itself. It was very unpleasant and we couldn't wait to get out. Seemed like he didnt know his way around the city either. Will look elsewhere next time we need transportation. read more
