My grass had gotten too high and I called Scotty's as a last minute emergency situation. He came out the same day, looked over my yard and started mowing the lawn. On Saturday, 02 JUNE 2018, my lawn being noticeably Long, I texted Lucas simply asking when my lawn was going to be mowed since the last time the service was complete & PAID for was 23 MAY 2018, he promised Monday (04 JUNE). On Tuesday, my lawn still not mowed & being aware the weather was sunny BOTH days (Mon & Tues), I text him again following up with a reply of "Tomorrow". On Wednesday, my lawn was finally mowed but Lucas and his team decided to be absolutely PETTY and leave our driveway, sidewalks & patio unacceptably covered with grass clippings. Apparently expressing concern & curiosity of a service I ensure is PAID for is "Offensive". No worries, my husband & I already moved onto another lawn care company!
