I walked over to introduce myself and held out my hand to shake it. He didn't shake my hand and looked past me at my friends sawing the tree and asked if that was it. I turned to where he was pointing and looked back to tell him I wanted estimates for the other two trees and he was walking away back to his truck. Highly unprofessional.
