The artists are kind of rude, they don't really make you feel comfortable, and don't speak much to you but talk to everyone else around you so its awkward.. Lowell talked me through the whole process and made it far less intimidating. I was able to watch him prepare all the necessary tools, so I personally got to see how clean and professional they are. It's been 1 week and my piercing doesn't hurt at all, and the wound spray they reccomend is excellent. Definitely recommend Lowell and his skills!
