They are located near the C-Train (Marlborough station) and right inside Pacific Plaza Mall. Doesn't matter what time of day, it seems like they are pretty busy all the time. This is a one stop grocery store. They sell baked goods, produce, meats and etc. Most of their customers are Asians. Well this is an Asian supermarket owned by Loblaw. Their produce and meat are fresh due to the high turnover. Also prices are very reasonable here. When I do come here, I try to buy lots, making one trip that would last me for weeks. There are plenty of free parking right out front.

In addition to the usual produce, Asian snacks, seafood and meat sections, they uniquely have a whole aisle dedicated to Asian beauty products which I regarded with high interest.
