I came here to pick up some groceries. I picked up tofu pudding, soy milk and etc home. One thing I really liked about this place is the location. They are located near the C-Train (Marlborough station) and right inside Pacific Plaza Mall. Doesn't matter what time of day, it seems like they are pretty busy all the time. This is a one stop grocery store. They sell baked goods, produce, meats and etc. Most of their customers are Asians. Well this is an Asian supermarket owned by Loblaw. Their produce and meat are fresh due to the high turnover. Also prices are very reasonable here. When I do come here, I try to buy lots, making one trip that would last me for weeks. Do a lot of my Asian shopping here for my personal cooking needs. The store is always clean, busy and when you can find someone who can speak English they are very helpful. My one recommendation would be T&T hire more staff who can speak English. Other than that they have great meat, seafood, vegetable, fruit and grocery selections. Their hard good selection is also very good. If you can shop during the week as weekends are extremely busy. They have a great food court with lots of seating which is quite accessible during non covid times. Always enjoy shopping here. Always find things I have not tried. read more

Happened of staying near this supermarket for ten days, and really enjoyed this place very much, we ate here a few time and takeout a few times as well! Satisfied every time though, price were right for the portions and of course tastes were very well indeed! Staff at the customer services were very helpful as well. read more

Came here to get some Asian groceries, got a lot of vegetables, some fruit, and baked goods (which were pretty cheap, and there was a day-old section too). Good selection of products, but couldn't find a small pack of rice or red bean. Prices were average, we found everything we looked for aside from the bigger packs of items. read more

They have a great selection of Asian food and vegetables from all over the world. Seafood selection is very good too. Customer service is not very good but over all good for inn and out. So happy they carry mangosteen, and jack fruit. read more

This T&T Supermarket is the first T&T in Calgary. I used to go to this one all the time until the other one opened in Harvest Hill. This supermarket has everything possible that is Asian like Chinese, Vietnamese, Filipino, Malaysian, Singaporean, SE Asian as well as the usual things we expect to see in a supermarket and more. Their hot food takeaway section has cooked food combo meals, dim sum and sushi/sashimi. They have an Asian bakery, all kinds of fruits & vegetables like lychee, dragonfruit, papaya, and whatever is in season. They also have a butcher shop which has fresh meat like pork and chicken. There are lots of varieties of sauces, noodles, condiments, dried products etc that you can find at this T&T. The only complaint I have is that when you get to the fresh fish part of the store, it is fishy-smelling! I wish that could be rectified. read more

Excellent and wide selection of goods. Dry goods, grocery, produce, meats, fish, hot foods, bakery. Large store, full well stocked shelves. If it's Asian and food, cooking, home or celebration related likely you will find it here. Edited to add why 4 stars. The shopping experience here hampered by the customers not necessarily the store itself.. Even though it is located in a Shopping mall with the accompanying parking lots, parking can still be a challenge. The customers in the store often crowd areas making navigation difficult, line ups at the registers happened regularly. The people working the tills are quick and efficient and no fault to them but they have to focus on speed rather than pleasantries with the customers. regardless I am still a regular customer here. read more

It's a super unique place in Calgary that I would recommend stopping in to check it out! It's awesome see they are bringing more cultures together and you get to eat different food that isn't found in everyday grocery stores. T&T is not just your every day Asian supermarket but it is a recommend go to for all your Asian food necessities. With T&T moving into their new location (which was years ago) they have double not only their store square feet but also their inventory. Here at T&T there is a wide variety of a typical Asian foodie's dream and carries thousands of ingredients and sauces (Chinese, Vietnamese, Filipino, Japanese, Korean.....and the list goes on!) needed to make those specialty dish including hot pot, sushi and of course KBBQ. Besides sauces and ingredients, T&T also have an extensive seafood & meat department, produce department, bakery department, hot food section, and even carry beauty products. Last time I try to find basic hot pot meat here. They have sirloin. No rib eye... no kobe beef. Who does that? Then I asked the butcher who was rude af. The cashiers need personality training. This location is so small they don't have any choices. Save yourself the time and go to other location if not call H Mart USA and beg them to come to YYC and do it right. Went to the deli area with my dad and a friend of his to have lunch. We bought some dumplings, and three other orders. I asked fora cup of tap water, which they do not give, and told me that we would have to buy bottled water. After my dad bought a bottle of water for the ridiculous price of $1.69, I later returned, and asked for some cups; however, the cashier then said they don't offer any cups. After getting upset at them, and then yelling loudly in Cantonese, they finally gave in, and gave me 2 paper cups. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! And they wonder why their sales are so slow? Why should people put up with this crap, when all they have to do is drive a few blocks further, to a supermarket that is the opposite word of unlucky, to get better prices, and service! read more

T&T supermarket is great.It has a huge selection of meats and fish and the bakery is great also.But the buffet style food counter is not.It used to be reasonably priced but now prices for the buffet have skyrocketed. the old way What has changed is that instead of being charged by item which was the way it used to work: now you are being charged by weight . I recently bought two small dishes and it came to 30$ ! Not only that but the staff do their best to keep the buffet clean but the problem is that you get people sticking their heads into the buffet to look at the food deciding if they are going to buy which is frustrating to the other customers: its also not very hygiene when people are so close to the food coughing : snezzing; I just wish it would go back to the way it was ; I think they are going to be a lot less successful because of this. It was way busier than it is now because of the high price increase and change in the way the food is served . Please go back to the way it was where you paid per item and have the capable staff serve the food because they can do it better and faster than any customer.When you have customers standing around not making up their minds or putting back food they decide not to get you are slowing down the line and less people are getting and paying for their food as opposed to a staff member who is fast and efficient. read more

Went there on Sunday to grab some fish speak very nice to one of the helper behind the fresh fish counter, I spoke to him in English but he doesn't speak English nor reply in English at all! asked him to cut the piece of thick fish in half he holds the fish up and gave me a hand sign language what ways should he cut the fish (I told him cut in half like 5 times) but he gave me all the wrong ways how he should cut the fish. Finally he understands how I wanted the fish to be cut and he looked at me with a smirk look and says no he won't cut it in half and giving me this rude attitude so I asked him (Are you ok? Repeatedly, but got no answers from him instead of his co-worker standing right next to him). I will not come to this Supermarket from now on with this kind of rude customer service they should shut down the place. I just wanted everyone to know about my experiences so they don't get the same treatment from the same rude person working for T & T Supermarket. read more
