It would not work so I called him back and he SCREAMED at me saying "well what in the hell am I supposed to do?""" Fix it, I replied, as soon as possible. Getting louder and SCREAMING louder said, "WHAT'S SO VALUABLE AT YOUR HOUSE, ANYWAY?" I said, in a calm voice, "I AM".....then he laughted. He told me it would be double time, I told him that was illegal and he said, "do you want it fixed or not".....I said nothing. After a long pause he said he would send a man. When the serviceman came, he could not repair our system, had no key to open our security box and had to call another serviceman to come the next day. No one showed up. Therefore, I called again and NASA said the only person able to repair systems was in Key West. NASA has the only key to the alarm box. After several more nasty calls, we hired another Alarm Company. Never use these unprofessional people....they are unqualified and untrained. DO NOT put your safety or yourself in their untrained hands. They are rude, nasty, unprofessional and will leave your system down unless you pay them double time to repair. They should not be in business!

I called this time and Dan answered. He proceeded to tell me that he always responds to emails within 24 hours so the email must not have gone through. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, I asked for the email address again (same email I had emailed the 1st time) and resent my email. I also resent my email from a different email address assuming that I was the problem. More than a week went by and I got no response. A&O connected me to a locksmith who was polite and quick. He showed up when he said he would and created a new key. The key worked perfectly and my uncle was happy. The next day, that key gave him some issues (it happens..) , so I called back. This is where A&O shined. They apologized and we immediately scheduled for the tech to come back out at a time of our convenience. They created a new key that has passed every test. My uncle is happy, my aunt is out of the hospital (to be fair...probably unrelated to the key issue...) and the car is working fine.
