They showed up very promptly, and they were very good with my vacation rental tenants. I was given the option of a repair or replacement and after an attempt at repair, we all came to the conclusion of replacement. They gave me a really good price on a 16 seer unit and even brought in a crane to place the compressor on top of my townhouse. We recently got a price on the same 3 ton unit at our home in Broward County and it was hundreds more. To top that, they don't need a crane to install that one in Coconut Creek. I was left with a half installed HVAC that the inspector marked on the corrections sheet a very long list. So I called AAA Sub Zero as they are certified and listed right on their site. They came right out and assessed the corrections and what needed to be done to get it done right. He explained very clearly where the issues were. He offered a very good price, but more importantly quality installation that would pass code. They removed the problem items with the old HVAC system in a couple days. So I called back the inspector, PASSED! What a weight was lifted off me - and if you dealt with city Inspectors, you know what I mean. Awesome job and very cool guy, I couldn't thank him enough. They have my business for life.

They were supposed to come out on a Friday and were given specific instructions to call first for entry. I received no call and no one showed. I called back and was told someone knocked and when no one answered, they left. Clearly, listening is a problem. They showed the following week and told me my coil needed to be cleaned which costs $600. I was not present and this was demonstrated my shaking out my air filter in my kitchen. Really? I never got video of the coil. My mistake for not asking. I was told the job was done and system had been flushed and was clean. I was told there was no water in the pan. Within 24 hours my condo association called and said it was still leaking and there was water in my pan. I drove down from Miami to check this out. The condo was right and i was able to verify my AC is the problem. I called SBC again. They showed at the end of the day on Monday after i left to go back to Miami and told me there is no leak and all is well. Ridiculous. The water was there all weekend and in the morning. i paid $600 for a flushing and coil cleaning i may or may not have needed. My condo association is now charging me to have it done by them. Are they lazy or incompetent at SBC? i don't know. ES

One of the worker's put his foot through my ceiling in two places while working in the attic. Well the ceiling is still not repaired. I'm a mid 70 year old disabled FDNY WTC First Responder and I'm often in Respiratory Distress unable to repair the ceiling.
