My…read more first treatment- a half leg wax took 40 minutes, and even though the girl was pleasant, she seemed inexperienced. It was my next treatment, the 'pedicure' that I was the most disappointed with. The next 'therapist' I had sat me in a chair opposite her in the reception area, (other clients were sat there waiting!) and asked me to put a foot on her lap. Not only was it uncomfortable, but quite embarrassing as I was wearing a knee length dress, and there was nothing to protect my modesty as I balanced both feet on her lap. There was no foot bowl, all she did was push back my cuticles, file and shape, then apply polish. The result was very amateur and I could have done a better job myself. I had already decided that I would not be returning. I then asked the first girl if I could pay while my toes were drying. 'Sure' she said and disappeared out the door and went to lunch!! I went up to the counter to pay, and instead of the £30 I had been quoted the day before, I was charged £35. I politely advised her that I had been quoted £30 the day before, to which she disputed and insisted that I pay the full £35. I did tell her I would not be returning, the pedicure was uncomfortable and the customer care was terrible. All in all, a very unprofessional establishment.

I could have done what they did at home, myself. Then, when I went to pay, they charged me £5 more than the prices listed on their website saying their manager 'hadn't updated them yet'. THANK GOODNESS for Charlotte! Her being a mobile technician has saved my bacon many a time - when I've had a do or something on and I have my son in tow, it's been so handy and stress free to have her come round to mine and pamper me. She's warm and friendly, I felt like I'd known her for years, which is another reason why I keep going back - can't bare awks conversations! She can do acrylic and gel polish. I usually go for acrylics which last for ages, and unbelievably give a nice, natural look. But I'm sure she can do the barbie look too if that's your thing! Looking through her portfolio she has loads of creative designs - sometimes I get cute little bows on mine if I'm feeling extra girly. She can also do spray tanning and extensions. Again, amazingly handy! I love long hair and a tan. She's definitely my right hand lady for all my beauty needs - what can I say? I'm vain! Cannot recommend enough.
