I was outside in the parking lot and my ex boyfriend was being verbally abusive and started a physical altercation with me. Mr. Sosa, one of the security guards, immediately stated for my ex to step away from me. I started walking fast towards the hospital's emergency entrance and my ex started following me and again put his hands me. Mr. Sosa immediately intervened and made it known for him to stop. Mr. Sosa made me feel instantly safe and created a safe boundary between my ex and I. Mr. Sosa had me go inside the building while he firmly instructed my ex boyfriend to stay away from me. He watched over me and made sure when I left that I safely got into my Uber and kept me out of harms way. He also assisted me with resolving other matters with my ex by speaking on my behalf and wouldn't permit my ex to enter the building. He not only dealt with my ex's persistence, scary, and aggresive behavior but went way out of his way to speak on my behalf and have personal issues between my ex and I resolved. Hands down, Mr. Sosa is an amazing security officer and gentlemen. He saved me from physcial danger. Thank you to Mr. Sosa and Allied Security Company for hiring top notch officers. Update!!! Not shocked to say still a ONE STAR review. Today I got a phone call (he called me twice…read moreafter I hung up on him) from the owner D. Epstein! I thought he would be apologetic about the phone call Saturday and try to rectify it but no! He was talking so fast I didn't know who he was because he was angry and yelling at me. I had to yell at him to tell him to slow down and say who he is. He told me to calm down and he'll tell me one more time that I better take down the bad review that I posted Saturday. Threatening me!! I figured out who he was when he said that and I said "oh you're the one from the phone call the other night"! So I told him "yes I wrote it because that phone call was rude". He then proceeded to say "oh you want to play"? So I said "yea I'll play and told him to F off" and hung up the phone. He called me again I didn't answer. What a stalker that threatens people over a bad review. Maybe learn some customer service, phone etiquette and bedside manners lol and you won't get a bad review. I blocked him and got a police report. Be careful who you try to come for D.E. You got the right one. This is Miami and I'm definitely from Miami. I'm not going to play with you.

I recently had lightning strike close enough to my home that my WiFi system was damaged. My system…read moreincludes Ubiquity access points that were no longer working. I cold called PalmTech in desperete need of immediate help. Ivy took down all my info and promised to pass it along to a tech to see if they could help but also told me they didn't usually do residential work. I never heard from PalmTech again, but I did get a call from an affiliate of theirs named Praetas Technologies and within 4 hours of my call they sent a tech. Two hours later Preatas solved my problems at a very reasonable cost. It isn't often that a company, with no financial interest in the outcome, solves a problem for someone they have never worked for. Many thanks to Palmtech, and Ivy, for fascilitaing a solution for a total stranger. If you need an information technology company that really cares about their customers, even customers they don't know, you should call them.
