One of the Worst Experiences I've Ever Had - Extremely Unprofessional I brought my BMW 328i GT in for a tint, full detail, and car wrap, and it turned into an absolute nightmare. To start, the tint job was done well. That's where the positives end. The detailing, which I later learned was done by a homeless man (according to the owner, David), was poorly executed. After I complained, the owner decided not to charge for the detail--but the situation was already incredibly unprofessional. The wrap was supposed to take 5-7 days. Two weeks later, we received a text from the woman working on the car saying she ran out of wrap material. The vendor sent her the wrong finish, and she couldn't afford to expedite a new shipment. That alone was concerning. Then, communication completely fell apart. She informed us she couldn't reach the owner (Dave) and had no access to the shop to finish our vehicle. This went on for days--multiple texts, calls, and still no word from the owner. Even her texts showed concern that he had disappeared. When my husband and I attempted to reach out directly, Dave finally responded, not to apologize--but to complain that I had mentioned reporting the car as stolen due to the lack of access and communication. Eventually, the wrap was "completed," and we picked up the car on a rainy Friday evening. What we received was unacceptable: large bubbles, visible seams, poorly aligned panels, and broken window moldings. She admitted she couldn't properly reinstall the trim. Worst of all, when I got home and tried to exit the vehicle, the driver's side door no longer worked. Since then, no one is answering our calls or responding to texts. There has been no accountability, no follow-up, and no attempt to make this right. This was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had with any business.
