When there is an issue we call him up and he promptly schedule us in for an appointment. Came to find out it was a battery issue with the remote key fob. He gave me a new battery. As long as we still own the car the remote starter and the key fob has a lifetime warranty. He is not a fly by guy and has been in business for awhile now. I went to this place because it was the closest auto tint with a good review. I've checked other sites to make sure, since it's only 1 here. I had to reach Jerry twice, once by email with no response and once by phone which he did respond, so if you want to make an appointment, call him =) This was the first time I have ever brought a car in to get it tinted. At the time when I brought it in, the weather was bad, it was during the week long rain storm, putting that out there since tinting is weather dependent I believe. The finished product was excellent, with the exception of the rear windshield. The front and rear windows had none to a few imperfections, but nothing to gripe about. He told me the usual directions "don't roll down the windows for a few days, the bubbles will disappear, and it will look blurry until it dries." Everything he told me, I followed and eventually everything he said was correct. However, there were still some voids and bubbles near the edges of my rear windshield. I'm not a very picky person, but I decided to call him because I was afraid that the tint would start peeling if I didn't get it corrected sooner than later. When I called him, I was expecting a negative response like "what are you talking about? My work is good, there shouldn't be any bubbles, are you sure that you didn't touch it?", etc. . . But he was totally nice about it, he didn't blame the weather or anything else. He simply told me to bring it in and he'll push out the voids and bubbles. That right there, will always bring me back to his auto tinting shop, because of how he handled an incident with a 1st time customer, and how he resolved the problem. read more

Called 2 other places in Brockton first that my buddy recommended-first one was closed on Saturdays...the other only tinted on Tuesdays and Fridays, that doesn't work for me or anyone with a M-F 8-5 job. Fount Auto tint online, called them and had an appt set for 3 days later -Saturday morning. Everything came out perfect and only took about an hour. Price was very competitive also. Would def recommend this place to anyone, everything went smooth and he also assured me that if there were any problems with the tint to just show up, no call needed, and he would take care of it. read more

Awful experience. After first try tint was full of bubbles and lint. He also didn't tint them as dark as I wanted then charged me a 110 on top of the full price to fix it (make darker)... Only fixed the rear 2 side windows not the back window or front sides even though I specifically told him all the windows. This is no way to conduct business for someone who raves about customer service on their website. read more
