She was nice enough! I just couldn't commit to their preferred date yet. She said she would call back and get me scheduled. Never heard a single word back, I lost a whole week. I called again and was only able to leave a voicemail. So as of now, never heard a single word back. I need to get over 30 boxes shred and out of the way and I lost a week waiting. I guess my fault for waiting. But, if not interested in the business, I wish local businesses would just say so instead of saying they will call me back to get me on their schedule. You are forced to pay for an extra month prior to shred with current cost of 1100$/month AFTER you request the shred. We asked for a chart out of those records during that extra month and were told we would have to start the shred process over, paying another month of 1100$ . You can not get response from customer service. I have overspent 2200$ waiting for responses to get the job done.
