We asked for a chart out of those records during that extra month and were told we would have to start the shred process over, paying another month of 1100$ . You can not get response from customer service. I have overspent 2200$ waiting for responses to get the job done.

We were at the end of the quarter and just paid the invoice. The owner stated he would come pick up the bin the next week. I thanked him for their service and thought nothing about it. He picked up the bin and then we received an invoice for another full quarter! I contacted them and was told that is their terms on the original contract. I asked why I wasn't informed of this or it wasn't suggested that We keep the bin the end of March as we will be billed and basically got disregarded.
