The car doesn't have tinted windows so you could see clearly inside. This idiot had his phone up in front of his face, at times, holding it with both hands. He was blatantly scrolling, talking, texting, etc. and literally oblivious to everything around him. He had zero concern for anyone around him. At a red light when he was distracted, someone blew the horn and he just continued Face Timing or whatever he was engrossed in as he started moving. And he was in the fast lane. With all the accidents, injuries and fatalities we've had that were caused by distracted drivers on their phones, this enrages me. There is no justification or excuse for this negligence by your company. TN is a hands-free state. How about BlueTooth or is that too basic for him? Great promotion for your business! If this is how your employees conduct themselves on company business in your company car, I have zero respect for you. Nutrition World just hit ZERO stars, unfortunately I could only leave one.

Employee wasn't in the best mood and argued with me saying the only way I could do a return at that point was a non receipted return and to take store credit. Went down to the Hixson location and their employee finished the return in less than 30 seconds. Won't be visiting here any longer due to the lack of customer service and knowledge of how to process a simple return.

I said I'm so sorry but I noticed you didn't wash your hands, can I have different flower and can you wash your hands this time. He was perfect about it wasn't even mad. The second employee who I wasn't even talking to was super hostile and rude. He started berating me that it wasn't unsanitary and that I didn't need to do that. I said that I had not known where he had been or what he had touched but that he should've washed his hands or used gloves. This second employee was yelling to me even as I left the store without saying another word. Not sure if they're product is any good or not but I know that's not how any business should treat it's customers. Hopefully management makes some changes with their choice of employee.
