I'm a first time vaper and I went in during lunch-time to purchase my first vape stick. The staff…read morewas pretty helpful and hanging out vaping with their friends, but I didn't have time to make the purchase so I told them I'd be back later. I came around 6pm and I knew what I wanted from my previous consulting so I asked for the smok vape and some suggestions on the liquid. The front counter guy couldnt find my model so he told me I had to take the display model which is fine. He couldn't find the box for about 10 minutes so while I was waiting I asked to use the bathroom, but he said he'd get fired if he got caught letting customers in there. This made no sense to me as I just purchased 50$ worth of product and was being treated like somebody who wasn't going to make a purchase. All good, I left there with my ecig and no real instructions on how to use it. As soon as I got home, I opened the pack and accidentally pressed the button before any juice was in there burning my coils. Now I had a leaky ecig spewing juice all over my hands not knowing that the coils had to be kept wet for about 15min before turning on. I go the next morning to ask about the problem and the guy was more professional but not helpful at all. He explaned about the coils and I replaced the coils. I didn't want to burn out my coils again so I asked if he could spare some juice so I could presoak it before going home. I specifically said I would pay for it multiple times, but again it was against store policy to spare a few drops unless I pay for another entire bottle. I don't know what it is with this place, but I felt it was not a great place for people who are first time vapers as they aren't very helpful. My first visit was pretty good, but it kept getting worse... and my ecig still keeps leaking...

I searched for the nearest smoke/vape shop, and I ending up hitting the jackpot! The store is beautiful. It is clean, organized, and to say it is well stocked would be an understatement. They carry tons of coils, vape juices, tanks, mods, kits...you name it. But they also have an incredible selection of glass and smoke accessories too. The prices were unbeatable! I was truly amazed. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Even with a crowded store, they listened patiently to my requests and delivered a variety of products to choose from that would meet my needs. I went in for a coil and juice, but ended up leaving with a new glass peice, a new tank, several bottles of juice, and a great torch lighter. The only downside: There are no locations close to home in Orlando...at least not yet! I would love the opportunity to visit Chattanooga Vapor Co again!

This place is a gem in a city like East Ridge. I've been going there for a while now and they have…read moreimpressed me on almost every level. First off, the atmosphere is phenomenal. It has a steampunk meets comic book theme going for it which comes off charming and intriguing at the same time. "Is that a 1/3rd scale Darth Vader figure up there on the wall holding an E-Cigarrette? My god it is." The theme transfers over into their house juice. With brand names like "Zombie Dung" and "Pirate" the skeptical interest pays off. They manage to make rich tasting flavors that I don't get bored of no matter how long I try them for. (Captain Jack is a personal favorite.) Service can sometimes be a coin toss. The employees are ALL more than knowledgeable on just about anything you can throw at them. They know everything about anything that involves nicotine and batteries. Unfortunately this coupled with the amount of traffic this place gets (and possibly the fitted vests) can make some of them a bit intimidating. I can chock this up to "professionalism". Regardless, the general manager Nicole has always greeted me with a smile and that's something I can respect in the customer service industry. Along the same lines, I always see the owner, Steve, out there working with his staff and personally taking a hand in fixing pieces customers are having trouble with. All in all this place is well worth the visit. Prices are competitive and juice selection is wide and well worth abusing the testers they provide. Without fail, when a friend tells me they're attempting to quit cigarettes I will always send them VIntage's way.
