I was in the middle of divorce, and although this was a little bit out of the way I thought that since they have a gated entry that my personal belongings would be safe. And they would have been, except for the office personnel. This happened was near the end of 2019, going into 2020. I had purchased a new set of three seperate MasterLock "Made for Storage Lockers" style locks, that used the same keys for all three locks. Instead of seperate locks for seperate units (at a different location prior to said divorce). When I visited the Apple Ave. Storage about midway through my rental period there, I noticed that the lock had been removed, and replaced. There was a scrap of paper with "see the office" or something on it. When I went to the office, I was informed that they thought that my unit was one that was going to be auctioned, and mistakenly opened. Very suspicious if you ask me. She gave me a previous owned lock, and walked down to the unit to remove their lock. When opened, at first glance I did not see any discrepencies of contents and just shrugged it off. When I went to end my rental there, as I was removing items I did notice that there were indeed some things missing. nothing big, nothing of intense value, but obviously that had my EX had been granted permission to enter and sift through items, taking what she pleased. I was lied to. Sure, I cannot prove it. But I just know. Now it has been quite a while since renting there, but I happen to come across an old receipt and it still stings. And before writing this review, everytime I drive past Apple Ave Storage I get an uneasy feeling. Hopefully, this is my cure and I can let it go. read more

Great place to store your extra stuff. Owners are nice and helpful. Rates are competitive and units are clean.
