They recently removed a 150-year-old maple tree in the front of my house on a busy road, contracted by the City of Rockford. I looked everywhere to figure out which 'color' my location was. I found a service map that had locations in green, blue and a small red area. It was the only place I could identify a color coding system, so I adapted. Recycling still didn't get picked up. Called and was told it was the wrong week and to put it out next week. Went to Kuerth's to get clarification and to leave some boxes that I was not dragging back up my driveway. I was told that no one else has a problem reading the schedule. (Came home to look again and still can't figure out how I should know if I'm blue or green.)
