Went to this place for a crack screen. the guy didnt know what type or model of phone it was. I had to go back to t moble to find out. paid in advance for a screen and backplate. He said it would be ready by next day 11 am. When I got their things went south, he couldn't find my phone, I gave him my receipt and he finally found it after 20 minutes. come to find out he order the wrong parts. he said only the screen war correct. I asked if he could at least repair the screen. He turn rude, said there was nine phones ahead of mine. This place is great! I suffered for two years with a cracked phone screen because I didn't want to pay $300-400 for a replacement. The phone was slowly developing new cracks, and was distracting. Got my iphone 12 pro max screen repair using my asurion insurance. My phone started glitching and freezing on me. Contacted him and he stated that i need to open a new claim when my screen is not damage. His just abusing his asurion contract by opening claims when he should take responsibility of his parts.
