The first man came and appeared confused. He contacted coworkers to come. They did. Someone climbed on the roof. There are a couple of nails dropped on my patio. They said that they could not do it unless the dryer company. They also informed me that since they came to the house their obligation was done and if I wanted to have the vent replaced I would have to pay them again AND arrange for a dryer vent installer to be there at the same time. THEY DID NOT DO WHAT THEY WERE PAID TO DO. I would not recommend using this company.

It has been very frustrating to get a finished product from this company. I needed my front door…read moreand side lites replaced. First, they provided the wrong color - I asked for black and they brought dark brown and tried to convince me it was black. They ended up painting the door. Then the door would not properly close so they had to come back out to realign it. Then water seeped in when it rained because the door had not been properly sealed. And now finally the door is separating from the frame and is still not aligned. There is a draft and you can clearly feel the winter air coming through. Every time I request for someone to come out, I get a time frame that is rarely respected. As it stands I am still waiting for them to come out to seal and align the door. The door looks pretty, but the workmanship leaves a lot to be desired. Mind you this project cost me $4500 - does not at all seem worth it for all the trouble it has been.
