If you don't mind spending your money so they can talk to each other then this is the place for you. Went for my initial appointment and filled out all of the normal paperwork, and then had to repeat it all once the person came to get me because that paperwork was never given to my therapist. Why even bother filling it out to begin with, oh yah, that's right you need it for your records. During each visit I was given a exercise to do while the person went to talk to fellow staff members, and then when I was done they would return just long enough to give you another one to do. They probably only spent a total of five minutes with me during each thirty minute session. After this happening each time for three sessions I decided to cancel the rest of my appointments and spend my hard earned money elsewhere. I had been to another Apple Therapy in Manchester and they are MUCH better. read more

Both my wife and I have been treated here a couple times and have had great experiences. First they're open hours that actually work for people who work for a living. That's huge for me as I can't always get time off to go to the doctor or physical therapy. Second the people are just great to deal with. Both of us have been treated by Scott (my wife for her ankle and me for my shoulder). His methods work and we actually see progress being made without pushing hard enough to reinjure things (I've had that happen at another place). The physical therapist is very good and extremely knowledgeable. My 2 stars are because they don't require masks to be worn by patients. In their small elevator 2 out of 3 visitors weren't wearing masks. In their waiting room with closed windows 5 out of 7 patients or visitors were not wearing masks. When I mentioned this to the receptionist (especially the elevator issue) she said that one can take the stairs. It's only a 2n floor. Weird answer as most people being treated have mobility issues. I know that it's not her rules. As the virus continues to rise & infect people I don't feel comfortable with the casual attitude towards masks. Whole Foods & Marshall's have more protocols in place to protect their consumers than this medical facility. Disappointed. read more

I had a frozen shoulder for almost 2 years, I finally had an A1 shot. Really just cortisone but as isolated in the bone as possible. Then I worked with Scott, after some manipulation I was given exercises to do and yes there was banter while I did the exercises he showed me. I enjoyed the banter. The important part was I was increasing my mobility and every movement pushed me towards that goal. Thanks Scott, this grasshopper played golf this winter (FL). Yay! read more

I've been to Apple in Bedford several times over past 10 years as I have had knee problems since 1990 which included 6 surgeries. I have also been to other PT places in Bedford/Manchester and this is by far the best. They have always been very responsive & will be as aggressive in therapy as I can tolerate/want in recuperating from surgery (meniscus, micro fracture, autograft OATS, and allograft OATs). Scott will call my doctor and ask questions when I was experiencing pain/swelling and give continuous feedback. It is open and conversation goes on which I enjoy- makes the hour go by faster. Never had billing or scheduling issues. I recommend Apple over other establishments and never experienced problems. If you want a friendly atmosphere with commitment to get you moving safely faster, Bedford Apple is the place for you. read more

What a joke. Showed me how to do a few exercises then had me do them while he talked with other people. Just to kill the time. When I complained and said I'm not coming there so he can watch me do exercises they did some lower back massage. I was there for severe sciatica back pain. Tried "dry needle" therapy which is acupuncture wout formal training. I was sore for two days after. Last appt he had me on table with ice pack while he disappeared into office to talk with women I ended up taking I off my back got up walked over to him and said I was all set. I cancelled the rest of my appointments. Again what a joke read more

Over the years have been to 3 other establishments of this sorts and this is by far the WORST. Working on multiple patients at once, typing away on the computers, cross talk with the other staff members about last nigh'ts TV shows or sports events insures you will not get the attention you need but will get a poor level of care. And it continues as now I am getting billed for days I was not even there! Called they said it was an error and to ignore yet I keep getting the bills. Now I get to continue my care elsewhere, total waste of my time and money. read more
