Absolute worst daycare center. Entirely too big to care about your kiddos and their needs. They have an abundance of teenagers working there with no children, turn over was sky high. The workers I did encounter complained about their pay daily. My baby first week with a month worth of stored up breastmilk wasted by some girl who said, my sister has a baby. I called and complained that instead of those high priced radio ads to pay their staff a little better and hire quality people. We had a terrible experience with this daycare. Our 10 month old daughter was here for only 3 weeks before we pulled her out, on childcare assistance, and somehow they insisted we owed $734 even after we had already submitted a $148 check. She also was only there 4 days a week, which would have been the part-time rate. In addition, something I find very disturbing is that in the infant room they allow the babies to chew on old pill bottles filled with frozen water. I think this is disgusting and cheap. Why would I pay $734 to a daycare that can't even buy REAL teethers? Every time we dropped her off or picked her up, there were multiple crying babies and not enough staff to care for them properly. My daughter was sick almost the entire time she attended this childcare facility and when I would come to pick her up she would have food all over her face and in her hair as if they didn't even try to clean her up after feeding her. There were also two incident reports of injury that they couldn't even tell me how they happened because "they didn't see it happen." Every day that I left her there I had a horrible gut feeling to the point of nausea. I would never recommend this daycare to anyone, and absolutely not anyone looking for care for their infant. read more

By far the worst daycare we've ever enrolled our children into. We felt bad every day they had to be there. Our 10 month old had a great day teacher but once she left, it was constant tears because the next reach couldn't care less. She never knew about his day, didn't know why he was in different clothes or where his socks were as he's crawling around crying with cold feet. The daycare is too big, and mismanaged. Hearing the "teachers" yell and seeing them roll their eyes was great also (sarcasm) I would never, ever recommend this horrible place. Correction, I recommend that they close their doors for good!
