When a last minute opening became available, the team reached out and were able to get the work done ahead of schedule. Supposedly, it's a Mom and son duo running scams on unassuming people, and it's a nightmare for my mom because she lost faith and trust in using any other companies to help with snow removal. A guy showed up to my Mom's house to survey the job and took a $200 check from my Mom, promising to return the following weekend to remove some debris. Yet, no one ever showed up and for the last three weeks, my Mom has been trying to get back the $200 deposit she paid this supposedly legitimate company to no avail. Their website is also bare bones without an actual address, which just goes to show how much of a quack this business is. Please stay away or be prepared to take them to court to get back what is rightfully yours.
