When you call their office, if you try to inform them about their mistakes and sloppy jobs, they just hang up the phone on the customer. They are not professionals at all !!! Additionally, they are definitely overpriced. They don't care about having a good relationship with customers, which shows in the way they answer the phone- very rude and inconsiderate. John and Dimitri are warm and welcoming and they are incredibly skilled and invested in their work. They brought in machines and removed all our rocks, stumps and debris from our yard. They evened out the ground, layed down fresh loam and hydro seeded. Dimitri offered to put in a natural rock fire pit using the machines and it looks phenomenal! Supposedly, it's a Mom and son duo running scams on unassuming people, and it's a nightmare for my mom because she lost faith and trust in using any other companies to help with snow removal. A guy showed up to my Mom's house to survey the job and took a $200 check from my Mom, promising to return the following weekend to remove some debris. Yet, no one ever showed up and for the last three weeks, my Mom has been trying to get back the $200 deposit she paid this supposedly legitimate company to no avail. Their website is also bare bones without an actual address, which just goes to show how much of a quack this business is. Please stay away or be prepared to take them to court to get back what is rightfully yours.
