It's been 3 years since I visited this location. From my experience it was average food & customer service. Fast forward to the Present. From my recent visit - it has gotten worse. I made a special visit here because they brought back the choose 3 appetizers deal. Now called the "New Ultimate Trio" deal at $14.99 you can choose 3 appetizers; 3 dipping sauces. Not impressed whatsoever. The food continued to be average; I feel like the food portions are getting smaller. I remember ordering something similar at Applebee's trio deal in the past - ordering the Brew Pub Pretzels & Beer Cheese Dip. The dipping sauce that would be included was smaller than before. And like I said before the food is Average. Nothing has been improved when it comes to the food nor its menu. Additionally, the customer service took a nose dive into the dumpster set on fire. Our server waiting on us had that "I don't want to be here" attitude. When we sat down to our table - another employee was talking to her about how they worked a double and about to quit soon. When we did decide to order our entrees the wait time was 45 minutes or longer. Yes, it was a little busy. But it wasn't a complicated order. And it shows that this location was understaff & overworked staff. Our table wasn't check on much. We saw our server standing around doing nothing at all during the busy dinner rush. We even had to wait 15-20 minutes to even receive our bill to simply pay for the meal; leave. Do not recommend a visit at this location unless you want average food with no customer service. The choice is yours to make in the end. Side note: Why is a Root-Beer float on the Dessert menu; not on the Beverage menu? I would have ordered one if I knew ahead of time. read more

Such a dirty restaurant! The whole restaurant is filthy. Floors, tables, booth-ours had so much garbage all over it-, cups and silverware. Absolutely disgusting! Oh and the place smelled of something rotting and dirty. And to top it all off we had someone approach us about political views while trying to have a nice family dinner and since our views didn't match hers she continued to harass us. Wow, great service. Haven't been to an Applebee's in a few years and it definitely won't be that long before I go again. The Team Leader, which I think is what Applebees calls there shift managers was a true leader. He set the example and his team followed. Service was fast, professional and friendly. There was a couple new employees and one even started today I believe, you wouldn't know by how well there worked. I was also impressed by the diversity of customers. Not one of the good Applebee's as many reviews have stated. Hostess was nice lady. Our waitress was good, no issues there. Boneless wings were alright, chicken tasted fine. The main meal, fiesta lime chicken was Horrible !! Chicken tasted wierd and was heavy on the pepper and cheese. We came on a Friday evening around 6:00 pm. Surprisingly, we were seated immediately. Our server Nick was enthusiastic. My experience of euphoria stopped there. Our food arrived lukewarm and I sent mine back to be reheated. We both ordered riblet platters. He ate some of his and expressed that they were tasteless. Our server while enthusiastic forgot about me and I had to have someone else retrieve my Riblets. Our server never inquired to refill our glasses. Even tho I'm 2,400 miles away from home, this location is the EXACT same as every other one I've been to. Same menu, same layout. I enjoyed my food, everything was made to my liking. The only reason why it's 4 instead of 5 stars is because the girl who seated us just walked off and didn't say anything at all. Usually they say "your server will be right with you" or something of that nature. She didn't say a word. I found that rude...didn't want to play the "race card" and say why but I am in the middle of Ohio. However my actual server was on top of her game and made up for it. Walked in to empty restaurant on a Saturday night. Got seated. High top. Asked for booth. The high top was sticky. Waitress did not announce herself, or clean the table. Got an order of Soda. Glass was dirty and sticky. Was so disgusted I asked for my check. Waitress storms off with attitude and brings check then walks away for 24 minutes. I had to approach the manager for him to tell me to not worry about it it was two pops. I couldn't believe how nasty the place was or how rude my waitress was. Will never return to this establishment. You have to go to a nice place to receive good service from workers. Don't ever forget that. Ordered through the Applebee's app. One item was missing. I called them, just to advise them of the situation. Apparently they contract Doordash to do the deliveries... they told me to call them to complain. So I did... Doordash then told me to call Applebee's... long story short The manager at Applebee's agreed to give us a credit for the item we did not receive... well we never got the credit. I don't usually complain. But with all the finger pointing etc. this wasn't a good experience. All I can say is do what you say and say what you do. read more

Came back into town after being stationed in Texas for a while. Was very excited to see my friends. We had a good time. But during all the laughter, our waitress looked at us as if we had 3 heads, we bought margaritas that were strait sugar, and when I told the waitress, she says, "what do you expect for $3.50? I debated between 2 and 3 stars... I'm in a good mood, so it got 3. Someone gave me a $10 gift card, so I used it toward a $10.99 take-out meal. I got grilled chicken with Cajun shrimp on top, and sides of mashed potatoes and green beans. Everything was entirely acceptable, but nothing even approached being praiseworthy. The same basic meal at KFC tastes better. Applebee's is glorified fast food, minus the glorification. It was fine, but I can't imagine EVER buying this again if I didn't have a free $10 gift card for a $10.99 meal.
