I actually love this place. My friends and I always go here. The food isn't the best. We go for the great appetizers, the expensive drinks, the awesome staff and the good conversation we provide. I've been here several times either with my friends, by myself or on a date. I always get treated with respect and the staff is always friendly to me. Plus, they have Wi-Fi and I'm all about that Wi-Fi. The entrées aren't necessarily the best, thus only 4 stars instead of 5, but the appetizers rock. Nothing special... Typical chain food. However, waitress never offered to refill hubby's water. Guess she figured since it was Christmas Eve she could slack on service and still receive 20%. Bummer. read more

The food was good, it came out hot and fresh and within just the exact amount of time. The service was also good, our waitress, Falcon, was fantastic. She constantly came to us to check up on us and gave us some chat seeming totally friendly and helpful as she answered some of our questions, we were the only ones in the restaurant as it was quite early in the afternoon. However, they started to dust the ceiling rosette and dust, as you'd expect came down from the ceiling. And yes, while you should expect this to be done in any restaurant, and it shows that they are quite clean at this one, it messed up my experience because not only was I sick and it was making me even more sick, but I am sure it was falling in my food and my friend's. I still give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe, and hopefully this was due to us being there so early, but, why not do this when your only customers left, or even earlier? More customers came in, but it kinda sucks that they decided to sacrifice our experience for cleaning since we were just two people. Never been to an Applebee's, I stopped here yesterday and was very impressed with the cheeseburger/fries, service and clean atmosphere that I came here again today on way home to Houston. Will be back when I head North in the future! read more

Let's start off with the service. There are some fantastic servers (like the one we had) but as I observed, there were a few who were quite rude. The food was decent. A few errors here and there. I did find a piece of hair on my food. My server was kind enough to let the manager know and she went to go fix it for me. The manager, Crystal, comes over to ask what had happened. I begin to tell her what happened and what I found. At first she was nice but after telling her my situation she started to give me a little bit of a sassy attitude.. I didn't find that very pleasant.. especially since she is the "general manager". Very unprofessional and rude.. I have never been to an establishment where the general manager was so disrespectful like that.. After a few minutes that the manager left our table, our server comes back with my food and she stays to make sure I am happy. Sure enough I tell her everything is great and she asks if we need anything else before she greets her new table. She was very sweet and respectful! I would have thought the manager was going to come out and ask if my food came out ok.. she did not. Actually, that was the only time I have seen the manager.. Come to think of it, it's the only time I have seen a manager around the restaurant. I guess they only come out when there's an issue. And to top it off, they give you attitude when you tell them the problem. Overall our experience was ok, but our server was incredible! read more
