No seating at the bar, standing only, so had to sit at tables, but there were many TV's to watch. Beer was cold and reasonably priced. Food wise - onion rings were spectacular. I also had the "Buffalo" wings. They were made in the Mexican style using Valentina hot sauce. I was advised ahead of time that they would be prepared this way and would taste different, and they did, but still were tasty. I just prefer the Buffalo style better. But I was there for the TV. I'm from the United States and I have never experienced bad service. And then they asked if we wanted to leave the tip on the card like if they really deserved it. Tips are for good service and I'm a great tipper, but not for this place. The staff kept giving us a look after we payed as if they were telling us to leave already.

The staff could not have been more attentive, it only took a glance to get their attention. This, though, was common everywhere we went in Mexico, from the tiniest taquería to fanciest restaurants with very few exceptions the restaurant workers were wonderful. At Harbors though, these were well trained professionals who really knew what they were doing. The evening began with wine service. The specials were brought out on a cart and we settled on a Chilean Cab that really stood up to the steak. They then brought out a cart with the seafood. The octopus was the special but we went for the steaks, so they wheeled out the steak cart complete with most any cut you might want up to Kobe (or perhaps Kobe style) steaks and a really enticing tomahawk cut. I went with the NY which was grilled to perfection. Overall, it was a well orchestrated dinner by the people at Harbor's. From wine to dessert there were no slips.
