I could not be any happier with the care I received at AppleCare Immediate Care. We were traveling and asked to get a COVID19 test before getting on the plane to come home (we're negative.) My wife and I made an appointment on line and also answered the brief health questionnaire as to get this out of the way prior to arriving. We each had to make our own appointment so we simply followed each other at 11 and 11:20. We walked in to a very socially distanced waiting room and were very cordially greeted by Jeniffer. She was extremely professional and courteous and after taking our insurance cards and ID asked us to sit for a few minutes. It exactly that and then we were called in for our appointment together just before 11. We were escorted to an examination room where they did the whole questionnaire, weight and temperature thing. The nurse left and came back minutes later to do the test. It went quickly and painlessly. The doctor came in shortly thereafter and very happily told us that we were both negative. Neither of us had symptoms or fever, we were just being precautious, and I am glad we were. I must say, I do not understand how prior reviews were only one star?????? Kudos to the amazing staff here and I want to reward the staff with a glowing 5 star review... They deserve it. read more

I could not BELIEVE the ease I had when making an appointment here. The front desk, as well as the assistants and nurses are SO professional and personable. A COMPLETE change from CRMC Medical where they treat you horribly. The staff here made me feel so comfortable. They had no problem finding my insurance when I didn't have my card and they treat you thoroughly and expeditiously. I had a cracked tooth with a PAINFUL abscess AND a UTI and was given an injection and prescriptions after they verified my suspicions. I left there feeling like I had received the BEST care and was treated like a person. The PA and nurse were so caring I felt immediately comfortable. I will not hesitate to return if I ever feel unwell again. I wish I could give them TEN stars! read more

First and last time here. The guy there was a little prick who had me diagnosed before examination. And as far as an exam, I think that was a joke too. Hearing them discuss you and hearing him say to go buy some Nyquil before he has even came into the room. This was unprofessional as well as disrespectful to discuss their patients in this manner. And what about privacy? I should have left when I heard him say this...my fault there. I didnt leave without him knowing that I heard what he said though. I cannot thank Apple Care enough for what they do! They have been such a huge help to our family so many times. It is so hard now-a-days to get a doctor's appointment within 48 hours much less a walk in appointment. And we all know sometimes waiting a day or two is just not an option. The Apple care staff in Brunswick, GA and Douglas, GA are always so kind and caring. They have an amazing bedside manner and are very professional. They deserve nothing but praise and raises if you ask the Lee family! read more

Visited AppleCare in Douglas Georgia while camping at nearby General Coffee State Park. I took my 8 year old granddaughter that had sudden onset of fever and chills and had cough and hard time breathing. Granddaughter had 102.5 fever when checked at the clinic. She was very sick child. I was so concerned, I unfortunately did not get the name of the medical person that saw her at the clinic. He could not have been a doctor. If he was, he should not be a physician for human beings, maybe animals. First of all, he did not examine my grandchild. He did look at her throat and in her ears. He said she probably had the flu. They did do a strep swab which showed negative. That was good. They told me they did not have any flu test left, so could not test for that. He did give me a coupon for some homeopathic meds to treat flu symptoms. And, that was fine. I'm all for natural treatments. They did give her some Tylenol for the fever. He told me it was probably the flu, but he couldn't test for it. I told him she was having a hard time breathing. He said that goes along with the flu.... He did not seem concerned about my grandchild at all.... This disturbed me! He also never even listened to her chest or her breathing. We left the clinic with no assurance of what was wrong with my grandchild. I have never been so upset with medical staff as I was at this AppleCare clinic. We transported my sick grandchild back to our hometown 2 hours away and straight to our local emergency room. Shortly after arriving at our ER and after a flu test and xray of her chest, she was diagnosed with pneumonia!!! Please, do not take your loved ones to this clinic!!! read more
