He's cold, abrasive, confrontational, narcissistic, and if you happen to push back or question any of his decisions, well sit back and enjoy the show. And like any bully suffering from little man syndrome, he likes to throw around his weight like Eric Cartman on a big wheel trying to go to KFC before closing time. Just make sure your issue is an actual emergency, or you'll spend hours waiting due to triage. This is just like every other hospital.
